1. It is ideal to already be pre-approved for a mortgage, Drummonds Finance can assist you with this

2. Submit an offer through Drummonds Property

3. Should your offer be accepted, Drummonds will require your Solicitors information - Don't have a Solicitor we can recommend a few

​

4. Memorandum of Sale will be issued. At this point you may need a surveyor - Drummonds can also assist with this too, we're here to hold your hand

​

5. Your mortgage company will send a valuer to confirm that the property is worth the mortgage requested

​

6. Drummonds will co-ordinate any questions the mortgage company or the Vendor may have. We'll arrange the completion date and assist with the exchange

7. Congratulations! You're all set for your new life. We'll even go with you to take over your new home
