Drummonds Property will set you up with your own inbox for any queries or maintenance issues should you proceed with us. Emails will be responded to within 72 hours at the maximum. You will also receive an automated email immediately detailing information about your block, for example Leak Information that will help you solve your problem immediately if possible.
Your Property Inspections will be monthly, all Freeholders will be able to view our Property Inspections 5 working days after completion. Property Inspections are for us to check the condition of your Estate and propose any maintenance. We also carry out all your regular Health & Safety Checks thus saving you money.
We will endeavour to notify you of all works that will be carried out and when. As previously mentioned, our management style is personal and therefore we will always endeavour to discuss all maintenance prior to commencement. We will also stick to your maintenance plan which we will agree with you subject to your Estate Regulations.
